The purpose of somatic movement therapy is to to facilitate the human being to “consciously strive to weave clear intelligence, deep feeling and strong desire into a harmoniously balanced yet interactively moving whole“
I use a variety of modalities including touch, somatic movement therapy, Laban Movement Analysis, Body-Mind Centering, and Bartenieff Fundamentals. My work serves to enhance wellness, body-mind awareness, reawaken and repattern mind-body connectivity, and enhance communication. Each session uses practical techniques to:
