One-on-One Sessions and Coaching

The purpose of somatic movement therapy is to to facilitate the human being toconsciously strive to weave clear intelligence, deep feeling and strong desire into a harmoniously balanced yet interactively moving whole

I use a variety of modalities including touch, somatic movement therapy, Laban Movement Analysis, Body-Mind Centering, and Bartenieff Fundamentals.  My work serves to enhance wellness, body-mind awareness,  reawaken and repattern mind-body connectivity, and enhance communication.  Each session uses practical techniques to:

  • Manage stress
  • Establish boundaries
  • Reduce physical discomfort
  • Breathe more fully
  • Restore body connectivity and eliminate recurring injury patterns
  • Improve posture, movement and behavior
  • Improve flexibility and coordination
  • Improve performance of favorite activities

  • Enhance communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
